Is alpha-Lib installed and started first?
Every script depends on alpha-Lib, so make sure it is installed and started before any of our other scripts. If a script starts but doesn't work as expected, this is one of the first things to check.

Is your server build up to date?
Our scripts require server build 5181 or newer. Some scripts may also require OneSync, so make sure it is enabled when the script's requirements call for it.

Tebex is the Merchant of Record for this store: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles refunds and chargebacks. A declined card, a missing receipt or a refund request goes to them, and they are far faster at it than I would be. Anything about the script itself comes back to Discord.
